The backyard is walled and gated for privacy, and has a huge saltwater pool in the center. It features a tanning shelf, waterfall, and integrated spa. In the serene front courtyard you'll find a second dipping pool that can double as an exercise pool. There is outdoor dining for 8 and a built-in gas BBQ grill in the covered dining pavilion. Amenities continue with a firepit lounge, covered outdoor living room, outdoor TV, and side yard dining table with seating for 4.

The open concept interior is bright and spacious with walls of windows looking out to the pool. The great room has comfortable seating, TV and a gas fireplace. The formal dining room has seating for 12 and the fully equipped kitchen has a massive island with 6 more seats.

The Primary suite has a King bed, TV, doors to the pool yard, and en-suite bath with double vanities, soaking tub and large shower.

Suite 2 has a King bed, private doors to the yard, and en suite bath with shower. Suite 3 has a King bed, and en suite bath with tub/shower combo. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and the shops along Highway 111. The El Paseo Shopping District is about 20 minutes away, and Interstate 10 is extremely close allowing you to head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos, Acrisure Arena, and other Coachella Valley destinations.
