Located less than a mile to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella music festivals. The entrance to the festivals is 2 blocks down and 2 blocks over. Very close to the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and the shops along Highway 111. The El Paseo Shopping District is about 20 minutes away, and Interstate 10 is extremely close allowing you to head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos, Acrisure Arena, and other Coachella Valley destinations.

Paradise in the Desert
We absolutely loved our stay! The house was in good condition and matched the listing. It was nice to have a separate wing for our guests. The kitchen was well stocked and had two large eating areas which was great for playing games/cards with a large family. The pool was magnificent - great for swimming laps. Plenty of outdoor furniture with large table and clean grill. The host responded within minutes.
