The dining room has seating for 6 and opens up to the kitchen. The gourmet kitchen showcases quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and the island has seating for 3.

The Primary Suite has a King bed, flatscreen TV, private doors to the pool yard, and en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and rainfall shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have Queen beds and a Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower and tub. Guest half bath.
