Bedroom 2 has a King bed, flatscreen TV, private doors to the pool, and easy access to the hallway bathroom with shower. Bedroom 3 has a King bed, TV, doors to the pool, and hall bathroom with shower. Bedroom 4 is in the Guest House. It has a private bedroom with a Queen bed, TV, doors to the pool yard and en suite bathroom with shower.

Our other desert cities are just a short drive. Palm Springs is few miles West. Or take Highway 111 East to Indian Wells home of the BNP Paribas Open, or the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio.

The house served our needs perfectly other than the poor walkability on our end of Fairway Dr. The pool and patio were both fantastic. The pool was a perfect temperature and maintained its heat well. All the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well appointed. We had a couple of issues that Jessica in the CalCoastal office hanCalCoastald professionally and expediently. That responsiveness would lead us to use this company in the future and recommend to friends. Great proximity to so many things we love about the desert. Restaurants, hiking, shopping and golf, among a few.

Beautiful home! Stunning backyard with warm pool and great hot tub! Sunshine for most of the day! Interior is fabulous! Everything you need in the kitchen and a great mid century modern vibe! While the house is on a rather busy street with some noise, it does not seem to impact the peacefulness in the backyard.
