The 5 bedroom Main House has Interior walls of glass and clerestory windows for classic Palm Springs-style indoor outdoor living. The great room has comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV and a showpiece fireplace. The gourmet kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances, double ovens, double dishwashers, ample counter space, and an oversized island with seating for 5, and a dining table for 8. The bar has with pass-through windows to the outdoors. Office/media room with couch seating, TV and a desk. The separate, 2 bedroom Guest House has a full kitchen, living room with TV and fireplace.
All 7 bedrooms are beautifully decorated and offer a peaceful escape with comfortable bedding, plenty of closet space, and 6 of the 7 rooms have en-suite bathrooms.
In the Main House, the Primary Suite has a King bed, private doors to the yard and flatscreen TV. The ensuite bathroom has a massive soaking tub and shower. Suites 2, 3, and 4 all have King beds, flatscreen TVs and ensuite bathrooms. Suite 5 has 2 twin bunk beds for a total of 4 Twin beds, and an ensuite bathroom.
The Guest House has its own Primary Suite with a King bed, flatscreen TV, and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. Bedroom 2 has 2 Twin beds, and easy access to the full bathroom that also has exterior doors to the pool.
Sleeping Summary: 5 Kings, 6 Twins (2 sets of Bunk Beds). Sleeps 16. Parking for 7+ cars.
Other Amenities: Wireless internet. High quality linens, bath and pool towels plus a starter set of soaps in each bathroom. 2 fully equipped laundry rooms.
Located in the heart of Rancho Mirage with El Paseo just a few miles away. Theaters, spas, hiking trails, golf courses and tennis are also close by. Our other desert cities are just a short drive. Palm Springs is few miles West. Or take Highway 111 East to Indian Wells home of the BNP Paribas Open or the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio.

The house exceeded our expectations! It was like staying in our private desert oasis. The pickleball court and pool got very well used with our competitive group. The outdoor living and open spaces allowed for everyone to spread out and thoroughly relax.

Unreal property, great for kids + families. Lots to do at the house and also close to many nearby attractions/stores. Super clean, luxury home. Highly recommend this place.
The house was great. Meeting a staff member on our arrival was very helpful. The staff was extremely responsive to a few things we needed.

This house was immaculate and so well designed. You won’t be disappointed. Pool was bigger than it looked in the photos. The entire property was bigger than it looked in the photos!
This is a great property - new, clean, full of amenities. It's truly built with luxury and convenience in mind. One fairly minor drawback is that the pool is not as large for a property of this scale. A fairly small trade off considering everything else the property offers. My family and I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

I can not give this property high enough reviews! We had a party of 16 that did not want to leave the house. There were enough amenities to keep everyone happy. The kitchen was very well stocked, the furnishings and beds were beautiful, the grounds were meticulously well cared for. I would highly recommend this fantastic property. From start to finish the service was top notch. Justin was very patient and helpful in arranging the rental for us & Corey was extremely friendly and informative about how to navigate all of the electronics & did a superb job checking us in. Great job all the way around.

Amazing house
We stayed for a family trip. The house is beautiful and spacious. Every room has privacy and you don't feel crowded. The amenities are great and fun.
Wonderful
We had a month long stay at Sierra Vista and loved it. The house and yard is very spacious and well laid out. The amenities including the pool, spa, pickleball court, were big hits for our group. We had very few issues and they were addressed by the managers. Would love to stay here again.
Great place to spend the holidays
Wonderful for our whole family...5 kids and 9 adults. Plenty of room and rooms and plenty to do. Service, when required was excellent.
Beautiful home
We had 10 people for my mom’s 85th birthday. This home was perfect!!! Everything was top of the line including appliances, furniture etc. It was windy and things were getting dusty. We called and they sent someone right away to blow and cleaned everything. You will not be disappointed in this home. We had a wonderful stay.
Family Fun
We stayed with our 3 grown children & their families. Children all elementry age or preschool. This was such a great house for our family. Swam, played pickleball, playground& & bocce ball. Plenty of room for everyone!
