This property is clean, comfortable & well equipped. Comfy beds, good showers & the casita was added lovely bonus. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient, though not really a walk to downtown areas. Good ratio of pool umbrellas to chairs.

"Exotic Tropics" was a great place to stay in PSP! This home was clean, comfortable, and housed my extended family of 8 guests. The pool was a big hit with my kids, and it was incredible having onsite laundry when traveling with family! It was so close to downtown and lots of other must-see places in Palm Springs. I highly recommend staying here!

Christmas Delight

Three generations of our family gathered together for a Christmas. It was perfect for all as they frolicked in the pool, played outdoor games and strolled to the nearby park. The house has an enSoCal Vacation Homesss supply of towels and the kitchen was well stocked with a great selection of cookware and utensils. Everything was is great working order and the house was spotless. We would definitely return.

Great house to celebrate the holiday with extended family. Close to downtown restaurants, tram, airport, and stores. Loved walking around the neighborhood to check out all the MCM homes. Convenience to airport does mean there's flight path noise, but our todSoCal Vacation Homesr loved seeing the planes.

2 mothers 2 daughter's weekend

This was just the right home for our three night weekend stay in Palm Desert. The home was clean and well-stocked, just the right number of bedrooms and baths. Our "concierge" came over at check-in bringing candy to hand out if we had trick or treaters. No trick or treaters arrived but the candy was eaten! It's also a great location and just 10 minutes from the airport, a grocery store and a Starbucks.

The great communication from the host and a ton of fun amenities at the location made this a perfect getaway for our group of 8. Would highly recommend this spot and hope to stay here again!

Exotic Tropics

We loved the home; really fun vibe with the Tiki theme. Our experience with was first class and professional. They were very responsive, the home was immaculate and professionally designed. We loved staying there so much we did not want to leave! We had a few windy days and the pool guy came three times. We needed to extend our stay and was helpful and reasonable with pricing. On our next trip to Palm Springs we will definitely use again.

The house was immaculate and even better than the pictures. Beautiful views, pool was heated when we arrived, fully stocked and very comfortable.

Lovely place to stay for a weekend.

True mid century modern feel and even the wacky interior colors work in this setting. Everything works, and the host is extremely responsive. Con: If you are a light sleeper bring your favorite ear plugs as the planes taking off above your head from the nearby palm springs international will wake you up.

Had great stay here with 4 kids/teens and 4 adults. Place was exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean! Great location as well! Would definitely stay again if in the area!

This property is gorgeous.

It has all the amenities you will need. The house is well taken care of and it shows, plus the decor is wonderful. The beds are incredibly comfortable in every room, the kitchen is fully stocked, the pool is lovely, and there was great communication with the property managers. The ONLY thing that I wish had been listed a little more upfront is that there is a $1000 fine for ANY music being played outside. So we couldn't enjoy our Saturday by the pool with some light music. I realize this is a city ordinance thing and not the property manager's fault, I just wish it had been a bolder statement and highlighted when booking this house, instead of being informed after we arrived. With that aside, this house is amazing. It would be great for a nice, low-key weekend with your family or friends.

This was better than a resort!!! Beautiful grounds and views! The mid century decor was gorgeous! Our family had the best time.

We had such an incredible and relaxing stay. The house was incredible and the amenities were exactly as described. The beds are so comfortable and clean. We had such an amazing time relaxing by the pool tanning away. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay at the Tiki house (Exotic Tropics) a lot! Everything was beautifully decorated in the Palm Springs spirit (lots of colors) with great taste! The house was in amazing condition (looked recently remodeled) and it had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. They even provided towels for the pool, as well as a lot of pool toys. Our kids of 13 and 10 enjoyed the heated pool a lot! We did too, and make good use of the outdoor dining table, the BBQ, and the bocce court. We didn't watch TV while we were there (each bedroom comes with its own tv), but it was a nice touch. We loved the most the master shower with outside acces, very practical after being in the pool, and the casita, which gave some privacy with the second couple with no kid. Overall we loved our stay at the Tiki house, it felt like home, and we would definitely come back again! The house is located 8/10 min by car from downtown which was very practical, with access to plenty of restaurants, the Art Museum, etc.

We had a great stay at Exotic Tropics! The house, pool and property are immaculate and there’s a wonderful, fun and happy vibe to the place. We enjoyed the many MCM design elements, and whimsical touches such as the artwork by the Palm Springs artist, Shag. A great place for hanging out and relaxing by the pool or as a base for exploring all that Palm Springs has to offer. Highly recommend!
