Villa Firenze is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath little slice of Tuscany in PGA West. The private center courtyard has a beautiful custom tiled pool and spa with water features, outdoor dining, lounge chairs and a built in BBQ island. The back patio has a firepit lounge and bubbling fountains. It overlooks the 14th fairway of the Nicklaus course and has gorgeous southern mountain views. A private gate welcomes you into the lovely center courtyard with a stunning saltwater pool and integrated waterfall spa. The water features, red tile roof, juniper trees and hibiscus blooms will make you feel like you're relaxing at a Tuscan villa. Grill dinner on the built-in BBQ with bar seating for 4. Outdoor dining table for 6. The covered back patio is extensive and looks out to the golf course. It has another dining table for 4, double sun lounger, gas firepit and peaceful waterfalls.

The open concept floorplan with over 3800 square feet provides plenty of space to kick back and relax with your group. The great room has comfortable seating, a wet bar, fireplace and flatscreen TV. The dining room has seating for 8. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, granite countertops and high end appliances. Seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. The office has a desk and doors to the back patio.

The Master retreat has a King bed, flatscreen TV, and private doors to the back patio. The luxurious en-suite bathroom has double vanities, elevated soaking tub, separate shower and a private door out to the pool.

Suite 2 is in the casita and has a King bed, flatscreen TV, sliding doors to the pool, and an en suite bath with shower. The large living area has a pool table and wet bar with sink, fridge and coffee maker. Suite 3 has 2 sets of Twin bunk beds and en suite bath with shower. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV and full bath with combo tub/shower directly across the hall. There is an additional half bath.
