Great Property
Tropicale at PGA is very spacious with a resort style feel. It has an amazing outdoor living area and amazing views of the golf course and mountains. We had a problem with the misters and maintenance was very responsive and fixed the issue immediately. It is a must stay as it is our second time at this property.
The house was perfect for our group of couples! We had plenty of space. The kitchen & living areas were spacious. The pool and beautiful view of golf course were amazing! The host was very responsive to any of our needs. Thank you for a delightful stay!

Tranquil Stay
Our family stayed 2 weeks at the Tropicale PGA West. Working with the CalCoastal team in preparation to arrive was so easy. We had everything we needed in order to move in smoothly. The home was lovely - spacious layout, extremely clean and well maintained. For our family we all had space to enjoy our time and come together as a group. The yard and pool were beautiful. Extremely well laid out, providing shade somewhere throughout the entire day. The patio furniture was comfortable and there was more than enough for the whole family. The community was great for morning walks, light cycling and in great proximity to PGA West Champions course for golf. We were also only 10minutes from old town La Quinta for great restaurants. We were so pleased with the house, service, and location. We look forward to booking again next year!

We have stayed in this home twice. We love the pool hot tub and pool deck; we especially appreciate the many umbrellas that shade the chairs! The outside sofa seating is new and very comfortable. The kitchen is amazing. The home is well kept and comfortable for our large family.

Amazing home on the golf course with spectacular layout and gorgeous backyard with inviting pool and spa-- we loved our 8 day stay during the holidays (spent Christmas and New Years there). We highly recommend Topicale PGA to all families, well worth the price.
We came to stay at this beautiful home for the La Quinta Triathlon! It was a perfect place for a group to stay with plenty of space, along with all the necessary amenities. It was impeccably clean and beds were super comfortable. Would recommend it to others!
Birthday weekend
We stayed here for my wife's 50th birthday along with 8 friends and had a great time. The house is just as nice, if not nicer than the pictures show. Big roomy bedrooms and nice bathrooms. Nice kitchen with everything you would need. Hope to be back again.

Beautiful Property!
This place was absolutely stunning and had everything we needed for a family of 9. They had something for everyone, plenty of space, high end finishes, a well stocked kitchen and plenty of pool towels. The property management team was professional and easy to work, we will definitely work with them again! Can’t wait to book our next stay.
This property was perfect for our group. We stayed during Stagecoach which was a quick, easy drive away. The home is spacious and the backyard is stunning. The property was in a gated, quiet neighborhood with easy access to all of the local attractions. Highly recommend.
Spring Break 2024
This is a gorgeous home, well laid out, maintained and prepared for a larger family. The functionality of the pool and hot tub is so easy. By far the easiest of many houses we have rented in La Quinta. Location is a bit far away, but not too bad with the roads. Rental company was easy to work with and responsive. It was a bit pricey, but a good home.
Wonderful open floor plan! Pool table in the living room was a big hit! Kitchen well equipped! Property was private with amazing sunrises.

Tropicale PGA -January 2023
We loved this house. The beds were wonderful and the kitchen was nice and big – in fact the large family room and kitchen area gave us all space to work. The outside is wonderful too – with a large table for either work or gathering along with a more private area to watch TV. The little things are important at this house – as noted, the beds were wonderful, but so were the linens. High end appliances with all the supplies/utensils to cook on a daily basis. Plenty of chairs outside for all to enjoy, they do not charge outrageous fees to heat the pool or spa and even reimbursed us for items we purchased without asking. As is normal, we had an issue or two, but here is where CalCoastal really shines. They were quick to hanCalCoastal any issue, no matter how small or big we had. Al was at our house a few times and always there with a smile – we even got a visit from Paul! Highly recommend this company and the house! Note - we were 5 adults working daily and 2 college kids that came during break. Thanks again for a wonderful trip to LaQuinta!

This place is great! We had 10 people in our group (2 kids and an infant) and still thought the house was huge. Almost every room has its own bathroom apart from one near the master bedroom. There’s even a room separated from the house which was perfect for my family since we have a baby on a sleeping schedule. She couldn’t hear a thing from that room. The pool was nice, with neat options like small fountains and a color-changing light. There’s lots of space inside and in the backyard for social distancing. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Tropicale is a Well Appointed Paradise
beautiful, large, 5 bedroom house with 2 living rooms and 1 completely separate casita. Great golf course view, protected from foul balls, beautiful pool and outdoor BBQ. the kitchen is fabulously appointed. Beds are very comfortable and sheets were excellent. We really loved the house and it was perfect for a family reunion. CalCoastal was great and responsive, we ordered food and massages and they were able to let the drivers into the gate at a moments notice. cant say enough great things about this home. we would love to rent it again. Will certainly be back--perfect for a family gathering! Thank you for such a memorable time with our family!
Beautiful setting on the golf course. Pool and spa were great. Plenty of lounge chairs. Loved the pool table in the LR. Citrus trees in the backward were in bloom and grapefruit was great. Wonderful place.
This property is one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in. The property pictures and descriptions are spot on. All amenities are high end including a spacious kitchen, very comfortable sitting areas and all bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable mattresses and quality linens. The outside area is exceptional - great golf course and mountain views while enjoying the pool, hot tub and fire pit. CalCoastal is responsive in all communications and check in was very easy.
If you’re looking for a rental home at PGA West this is an excellent option. Easy check-in/check-out.
