We enjoyed our stay at Bellerive. The house is lovely and comfortable. I will definitely rent with again. The pool/hot tub heater went out towards the end of our stay. The homeowner generously agreed to replace it and SoCal Vacation Homes had a new heater installed the same day! Every interaction I experienced with SoCal Vacation Homes was wonderful. They were extremely professional. 10 out of 10 for service.

We rented Bellerive last-minute, same-day for The American Express golf tournament and checked-in Wednesday afternoon before the tournament started Thursday. A great location and house for eight people. Super comfy beds! Thank you!

House & location great. A little deceiving about the bedroom in the main house, there are really only two bedrooms, third bed is off of the master suite, which is not really a third bedroom. The Casita was nice. Towels were limited, not sure why. Also be sure and bring your soap & toiletries as they were limited.

Great house, great pool, great location.

It’s a beautiful property and actually larger than expected. I was not aware that there was a full bedroom and bathroom outside of the main house on the property. There was a few things that needed attention but it didn’t effect my stay. There are a few things that need to be upgraded in the house but hopefully management will get those things taken care of. Overall the place is a 9 out of 10.

Great location.

We really enjoyed our two month stay at Bellerive. The SoCal Vacation Homes staff was great every step of the way. We loved the location of the house and went for lots of long walks in the neighborhood. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was well equipped. The back yard, pool, and hot tub were AMAZING.

This home is in a beautiful neighborhood! The house was clean and spacious with brand new carpet. The yard was gorgeous and the pool/spa were a lovely place to relax. Management was friendly and responsive. We had a lovely stay! Thank you!

Lovely home and very clean! Exactly how website describes it. Backyard is lovely with pool and right on golf course. Hosts were easy to communicate with and check in / check out was very easy.

Beautiful home on golf course.

The house was beautiful and the location right on the golf course was amazing. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. A few things that could be improved were the stained carpets, dirty outdoor furniture, and landscaping in need of care. We had a problem with wifi for a few days, but the management was helpful in fixing it. Overall, it was a good home and we really enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic Home!

We loved this property. It was huge and very comfortable for all of our guests to rest, relax and enjoy their own spaces. The pool, patio and grill were fantastic and spent most of our time enjoying the outdoors and gorgeous view. We found the property provided everything we needed and more for a pleasant and lovely stay in the desert!
