The main house has four of the Guest Bedrooms. The Master Suite has a King bed, private doors to the yard and flatscreen TV. The en suite bathroom has a soaking tub, shower and massive walk in closet.
Suite 2 has a King bed, private doors to the courtyard, walk in closet, flatscreen TV and en suite bath with shower. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed, flatscreen TV, mountain views and en suite bathroom with shower. This bathroom also can be accessed from the hall for other Guest use. Bedroom 4 has Queen bed and private doors to the yard.
Three more Guest Rooms are located in a separate Guest House. The guest house features a fantastic game room with billiards table, foosball, cocktail arcade table and massive TV, as well as a kitchenette with drink fridge, sink and dishwasher. Suite 5 has a King bed, private doors to the yard, and en suite bathroom with dual sinks and shower. Suite 6 has two Queen beds, doors to the yard, flatscreen TV and en suite bathroom with shower. Incredible property for a large group, we celebrated my wife’s milestone birthday with friends and had an amazing time! The home has plenty of space and the pool was amazing! Plenty of great restaurants nearby, but you could honestly stay at the house the entire time!

This estate is just the perfect place to stay. Beautiful. Away from noise and close to stores and restaurants. The view is amazing, the swimming pool really big, the layout of the house perfect for business trips or family with kids. Overall the best house since we've been staying in Palm Springs.
The property management was first rate. We had some issues that were beyond their control. Great location. Great views. The house is heavily used and a bit tired but it was a fantastic set up. Pool, hot tub, sound system, living spaces were all fantastic. We had a family Christmas holiday and we loved the access to hiking, golf and restaurants. We would stay there again and we would use the property management company again for other properties. Corey and esp Paul at CalCoastal were top notch.

Perfect weekend retreat
We held a board retreat at La Paz Estates which held the perfect number of rooms and beds for us to have enough space and areas to meet. The place is spacious but cozy and inviting. The nights were perfect in Oct to end in the jacuzzi. The area is close to El Paseo which has enCalCoastalss restaurants and shopping. We didn’t want to leave! I highly recommend this stay.

We celebrated my 80th Birthday with our entire family from Michigan, Idaho and Orange County. We were able to accommodate two chefs in the casita which really added to the experience! Comments included "the pool is like a lake." The view was fabulous, the misters added to the comfort all day and night. We were able to spend all day and the evening outside in the midCalCoastal of the summer! Everyone had their own space and privacy. We will definitely return!

Ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation space
The best part of this home is the incredible pool space and overall grounds design. Gorgeous layout and pool design makes it feel like you are at your own private resort. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets over the mountains. Calm, quiet and rejuvenating! Loved the sound system and many ares for different groups to enjoy talking, cooking, relaxing. The guest house was a real bonus and didn't feel left out from the main house.

The location and the property were so amazing! We rented La Paz for a girls weekend and had the best time! The rental team was extremely responsive as needed during our stay- it was all such a treat!

The property is stunning.
The home and landscaping are beautiful, with lots of room to spread out, both inside and outside, and the views over the valley are amazing. The property is on the edge of the desert, with excellent hikes just a short walk or drive. There were 7 adults, and we each had our own room. We really enjoyed the property. There are lots of places to lounge, eat and play.
My college buddies and our ever-growing families have been hosting yearly reunions at desert vacation rentals for fifteen years. While it has become increasingly challenging to find accommodations for a dozen+ adults and assorted young children, La Paz Estate was absolutely perfect for a long weekend and the value was well worth the price when comparing accommodations for groups our size. The property had everything we've come to expect (and more) and didn't feel like anything was lacking. Multiple sleeping options (main house, guest house, casita) really helped us spread out singles, couples, and families so that everybody was able to have an enjoyable and personalized experience. Proximity to the Living Desert Zoo and Santa Rosa & San Jacinto Mountains National Monument was fantastic for families to easily get away for quick excursions. The Tesla charger in the garage was a surprise bonus and came in handy! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed at the La Paz Estate in mid October. What a fun weekend! The house accommodated all 18 of us easily and everyone had a wonderful time. The pool was the star of the show. We spent most of the day, each day, just hanging out and enjoying the sunshine. We had a couple of very minor issues which the staff responded to immediately. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our group had an excellent stay at this spacious home. It's the perfect setting for large dinners, as well as hours of enjoyable pool time. My favorite part of the house was the many separate lovely areas there are to sit or play; the golf area, the lawns, the shade tree, the patios, even the landscaped entryway. Highly recommended for groups that want some space and an exceptional pool.
La Paz is totally worth it. Amazing spot, great host.
Great stay for 3 nights. Massive compound and great pool. Hot tub was well used along with the games room. Wished we had more time to enjoy the estate between golf and dinners. Communication with renter was excellent. All questions were answered very quickly.
Excellent service
We rented this property to host friends and family for our wedding anniversary. We had several young kids with us age 1-8. We had a great time. The property is phenomenal. The pool is beautiful. Kids had fun with the golf. House was well supplied with everything we needed including bar equipment. Our only complaint is that the listing is unclear about the number of bedrooms. It says one thing in the listing, and something else in the pictures. For clarity there are 8 sleeping rooms, including the office and casita. The office now has a bed unit instead of a couch. One of the big bedrooms has a queen pull out couch.
We really enjoyed spending 3 nights in this beautiful home. The yard and pool are especially beautiful as is the stunning views.
This was a great escape for our 14 family members. In the pool at every opportunity. We had very accomplished catering services as well.

What an amazing property! From the time meeting the concierge Paul to the time I had to leave, this property is spectacular. It worked great for my large group of guys (16) and we are definitely going to use this house for our trip again next year! The views off the back of the property were lovely and the house was in tip top shape upon arrival. I highly recommend staying at La Paz!!

This was a beautiful residence with great accommodations for multiple guests for group experiences and time for private space as well. The home is laid out well and has so many great amenities to enjoy. Our favorite was DEFINITELY the pool!!
Beautiful home for the weekend
Our group of 14 adults were very comfortable in this beautiful property. The pool is incredible and we really enjoyed the views from the property. We took full advantage of the large kitchen and the second fridge was a really nice feature. This was the 5th annual trip we've taken to the Palm Desert area and this house has been the favorite, by far, of the group.

Coolest property!
We had the best time at the La Paz Estate! The whole team was friendly, responsive, and so sweet and helpful when I was trying to book. Once we got to the property it exceeded our expectations! It’s so spacious and the decor is so cool. It felt very Palm Springs and was the perfect spot to host our family and friends from the East Coast. They have a ton of bath towels and pool towels too! So no need to pack those. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to rent an estate in the desert! We loved it and had the best time!

the house is perfection
spent a week here during quarantine and the house was everything we wanted or needed. we were even able to have friends come out and stay in the guesthouse. we never ran out of anything to do. the house and the grounds are so thoughtfully laid out, there was space for every activity. the pebbletec in the pool is murder on the feet, so bring water shoes if you're a tenderfoot like me. otherwise, everything was great.
