The great room has an oversized sectional sofa, fireplace, TV and wet-bar, and opens up to the game room with tournament sized pool table.
The gourmet kitchen features contemporary quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare a fantastic dinner party or holiday meal. The large center island has barstool seating for 5, and the eat-in kitchen features a large table with bench seating that can easily accommodate 10. The formal dining room offers seating for 8, with enough space around the table to add additional chairs if needed. The kitchen and dining room doors open up to the front courtyard with outdoor table seating for 4 more.
The Primary bedroom suite features a King bed, TV, fireplace and has private doors to the pool and spa. The en-suite bathroom features two separate vanities with sinks, a walk-in tiled shower, and a large soaking tub.
Bedroom 2 is located in the detached casita, and can be accessed through the courtyard. The front room features a fireplace, kitchenette, HDTV, and a Queen gel-mattress sleeper sofa. The private bedroom has an upgraded California King bed, a walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom with shower.
Suites 3 and 4 are located inside the main home at the opposite side of the house as the Master bedroom. They each feature Queen beds, private en-suite bathrooms and each room has French doors that lead to the private front courtyard.
Up the sweeping staircase lies the hidden gem of the house. A private loft with a Queen gel-mattress sleeper sofa and intimate sitting area equipped with gas fireplace. It's a flexible space for some quiet time to relax, or if you need additional sleeping space for guests. Through the French doors is the second story balcony that overlooks the front courtyard.

Located in one of the best locations in PGA West close to restaurants and dining, golf, hiking, and shopping. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and a number of other shops along Highway 111. The Empire Polo Grounds is about 5 minutes away, and the famous El Paseo shopping district is about 15 minutes away. Interstate 10 is close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs, casinos, and other Coachella Valley locations.

85th Birthday Celebration
We were celebrating a special birthday, and chose the GN Estate for the occasion. It did not disappoint! There was plenty of space for the whole family. It was clean, elegant, and well stocked with everything we needed. We happened to be there during a heat wave, and the misters over the outdoor space were a lifesaver. The property manager was prompt to respond and helpful during our stay. We would definitely come back, highly recommend!
Everything was great.
Relaxing, incredibly comfortable, immaculately clean, gorgeous views of the mountains. Nothing but great things to say about our stay in this beautiful home and the experience with CalCoastal, who were incredibly efficient and helpful answering all our questions and navigating our stay. We found a lovely walking route around the property area and our son and his friend said the highlight of the trip was the round of golf they got to play...we even got to watch them tee off from the comforts of the pool area! Every morning I had my coffee on the back patio looking at the stunning mountains and my husband loved the bbq area in the courtyard. Wish we were still there! Thank you again.

3 Night Family Celebration
The property was absolutely perfect for our guests, as we celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary, relaxing by the pool and enjoying the wonderful views. The gourmet kitchen had all we needed as we prepared our evening feast. Service from the staff was absolutely great. We had two or three questions in which we phoned in and they were answered promptly and efficiently. Communication was wonderful for getting all the codes and directions that we need. 110% wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay.
This is a wonderful location with views of the golf course and the mountains. The pool and spa were very welcome after a busy day.

This is a great home that we would like to return to. Everything Inside the house was neat and tidy upon arrival. Somewhat dusty at the back patio, but this may be understandable due to location on the desert golf course. Jessica was a great help in selecting our home and gave us many choices. Response to service and issues was always timely.

Great golf getaway
This is an absolutely beautiful home. The views of the mountains from the back of the house are breathtaking. It’s directly on the course and very near the clubhouse. It was everything we all needed for the perfect winter break.
House is great. Large enough for our large family. We had two issues that were immediately responded to by CalCoastal. The house itself is awesome. We took lots of walks as a family and the community is stunning. Golf on the Greg Norman course was a real treat.
Four Golfers
Upscale residence and location, everything in the house was prepped for our stay, pool was heated, air conditioning set to the proper temperature. Bedroom accommodations were excellent and very comfortable. Overall stay was outstanding, our party consisted of 4 men and each one had the same opinion. Would highly recommend to future occupants. Everyone of us were impressed with the house and it's contents.
We enjoyed our stay at the Greg Norman Estate. The pool and hot tub are what make it so nice, overlooking a beautiful view of the mountains. If you are in for a quiet location, it is tucked away in a safe gated community amongst other beautiful homes. If you are interested in going to restaurants in Palm Desert or places along El Paseo, it is a 30 min drive each way, and it's 45 min from the airport in Palm Springs. CalCoastal was wonderful in answering my calls/questions and very accommodating. The memories we made spending time together eating, swimming, playing pool, sitting by the outdoor fire, and relaxing will last forever!
The house was perfect for our family of 8, with 4 spacious bedrooms, all with en suite baths. The main living area was very comfortable with plenty of room to relax. Great outdoor space with pool and jacuzzi overlooking the golf course and mountains. The kitchen was enormous and well equipped, a pleasure for cooking. All the appliances including the outdoor grill were easy to use. The pool and hot tub were perfect temp and we had no issues operating them. We loved the neighborhood, very quiet and private. The management team was very accommodating. I sent my golf clubs out in advance and they had them waiting for me at the house when I arrived. I would highly recommend this house.
Second time visiting this property and it continues to amaze. With the kitchen, pool, spa, and pool table, it can be tough to leave at times. Great house in a quiet community. Can’t wait to return.

This was a great place to relax and hang out with some friends. It was perfect for the weekend.
Great house! Each bedroom has own bathroom. Loved the different outdoor seating areas. Kitchen is fully provided for. We only had to bring groceries. Also appreciated the location. House is in quiet residential neighborhood but right on the course. We will definitely consider this house for future getaways.

The property is beautiful, spacious and well equipped! We scheduled a yoga class in the courtyard and it was beyond perfect for all three generations. The catered luncheon was well done and a great addition to the day of golf and poolside relaxation. Definitely will stay there again.
Very Nice Property
Good loctaion and nice big home, worked perfect for us. We had 2 adults and 7 - 17 year olds for a bday party. The kids loved it and no one felt like they did not have enough room. We would definitly rent again.

Family vacation
The home had everything our family needed to make memories that will last a lifetime. This was hands down the best family vacation. We loved the large table and eat in everyday. We used the pool, hot tub and pool table daily. The courtyard was great area for my grandsons first birthday. My dad loved the casita. We walked everyday...sometimes twice a day. Close to the grocery store. Even had a printer to print our airline tickets. Thank you so much.

This home in La Quinta is astounding. The pictures truly do not capture the size, style, and amenities the home provides. For example, the pool area has a misting system ! CalCoastal were very quick to answer our questions as well. 10/10 would stay again.

This was an incredible place. It was above and beyond anything we expected! We thoroughly enjoyed our mini vacation, in fact we didn't leave once after we arrived. The house was perfect for 12 of us. The house and outdoor areas were even bigger and nicer than we anticipated. The pool is beautiful, the grill works great, and the mountain range is an incredible back drop. Highly recommend!
Amazing stay in La Quinta
This home is absolutely stunning and wonderfully appointed. We rented the house for a month so we could have a change of scenery after being stuck at home for several months, and it was even better than we could have hoped for. The pictures do not capture how spacious and beautiful this house is. We spend most of our time in the backyard swimming in the pool and in the jacuzzi (the misters are really fantastic when it is hot outside), and it was a great pit stop when we played the Norman Course to grab lunch and cold drinks before finishing our round. I couldn't recommend this rental more. We will definitely be back!
We truly had a wonderful stay at this home. It was very spacious with lots of options for outside quite time enjoying the beautiful California weather and gorgeous courtyard. The gated neighborhood was quite, well maintained, and close to shopping and a number of golf courses. We appreciated the well stocked and spacious kitchen and dinning room. The pool and spa where great, and wonderful after a round of golf or on those extremely hot days. We certainly would recommend it and will be back in the future!

amazing stay - in a pinch or not
first class the entire way, especially with the CalCoastal team. we had to leave our home due to a mandatory evacuation in our city...and the team gave us a great rate - even when we had to continue extending a day at a time... minus the circumstances bringning is here, the home allowed us to escape and had something for everyone in our family. we will be back!
It was wonderful.
The place was magnificent and was more than enough space for 14 of us. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom which was fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, serveware, cookware and other small kitchen appliances. There were foil, soap, trash bags, saran wrap, paper towel and ziploc bags in the house. The pool table was a nice amenity to have. There were TVs in all bedrooms and common areas and the surround sound was awesome!!! The mister outside was a great feature! We felt like we were staying at a high end resort. The pool was a tad messy. It had some leaves but it was useable. The kids had a great time in the pool! The water feature, lights and spa got some oohs from the kids when we first turned it on. Their concierge sent us text messages before we checked in and left to send reminders. We will most likely rent the home again next year if we decide to visit La Quinta in the summer! Awesome stay overall!

Amazing place, amazing host, if could give them more stars I would, had all the amenities we had thought of going to a casino which we ended up not going because we had everything we wanted at this house, we played a little golf only steps from the house, enjoyed the pool and spa to the max, we cooked, fire pit was great for my parents telling us stories, such a safe and beautiful place, we enjoyed every single part of it. Thank you !!
