Wonderful house! Will absolutely stay again!

This is the second time I've stayed at this house and it's absolutely one of my favorite places I have stayed in the desert. It's large with an ideal set-up for a large group (we were 11 people, I have also done 13 here), beautiful pool and every amenity one needs to cook and relax. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with easy access to grocery stores and attractions. We all agreed that we'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Getaway

Our family spent a long weekend at Villa Blanca and we had a fabulous time. Plenty of space, awesome pool and a very well stocked home!

Wonderful Holiday Family Vacation for 13 of us

13 of us stayed very comfortably - 8 adults - 4 teenagers - 1 child. Kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you need. Pool and spa were heated and instructions were great. Pool table and many games were there. Large eating area in the dining room and breakfast room. Conveniently located to shopping and golf but very private and secure in gated community. Many of us run in the morning and it is exactly 3/4s of a mile around inside the gate. Also easy to run outside the gate as well. is wonderful and easy to deal with and very responsive.

We loved our stay at Villa Blanca! Our family from a few different locations traveled to Indio to spend Thanksgiving together. Villa Blanca gave us plenty of space for our extended family to spread out and enjoy our time together. There are two casitas plus a large master suite, in addition to other bedrooms. The yard is large and beautiful. We took full advantage of the outdoor kitchen, including the refrigerator and grill. The kids loved the pool, hot tub, and pool table. The house is fully stocked with plates, glasses, and cookware. We were able to cook a big Thanksgiving dinner without any problem. And there was plenty of comfortable seating for the whole crowd. We never felt like we were on top of each other. We had one issue with the sink and a maintenance person came to fix it quickly. We frequently rent vacation homes, and we know that not all rental homes are equal. We would not hesitate to recommend staying at Villa Blanca.

Best Weekend!

We were very nervous as a record breaking heat wave was expected the weekend we were coming to stay at this house. To our surprise the pool stayed completely cool and we got the relief we needed from the heat when we were in it. The air conditioning wasn't working properly upon arrival, but SoCal Vacation Homes sent a repair guy immediately and all was fixed! We love this house and can't wait to come back.

Family in the Desert

Our families and friends had a wonderful vacation, Villa Blanca was incredible - our second stay there. The layout inside and outside provided relaxation and fun times. We love to cook big meals, and it's so easy to do here.

Lovely Property

This house is very spacious and great for a family or friends getaway. We loved the fact that it had so many bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone could enjoy their privacy. The house is well appointed and we would definitely consider going back there again ...

I was terrified trying Airbnb for the first time. Thank you for making it so easy. We loved the house and everyone had a great time.

Place was perfect for 5 families. 2 separate Casitas made it nice for those that wanted a little privacy or to sleep in a bit more. Placed was fully stocked with cookware/silverware and no need to purchase anything else besides food/drinks. Plenty of different areas for gathering/eating/playing. Had plenty of board games for adults/kids and pool table was a plus. Out of respect for house rules, bring plenty of plastic/solo cups to enjoy your favorite drinks by the pool.

Relaxing quiet time with friends by the pool

The property was beautiful and spacious for our group of roughly 12 people. The description from the website was spot-on. The communication between ourselves and was smooth and easy. While we had to bring some items like spices, there were surprisingly a lot of left behind items like cooking oils and stuff like that. The property has only one neighboring house, so it was very quiet and relaxing. The pool was fun, and the casitas were a much added benefit. I would recommend this place!

You never know what a house is actually going to look like but this one lived up to its beautiful pictures! House was gorgeous, spacious, clean and a great place to spend the weekend! Check in and out was a breeze, SoCal Vacation Homes was quick to respond to all my questions. 10/10 would rent again

We would come back to this home in a heartbeat. Sparkling clean, responsive hosts, a well stocked kitchen and plenty of whatever we needed made this the perfect place for our large group. You won’t want to leave.

Villa Blanca Week Stay

The house and area are incredible. Plenty of space with many places to relax and enjoy the games outside and inside. We had issues with the pool, starting with a pump and valve issue - eventually fixed, but missed a few days of enjoying the pool and spa. The service was really good, just wanted more specifics with the communication. We did receive in person attention to solve the issues. We would love to try it again.

This was the ideal location for our family's celebration of my wife's birthday. The home was beautifully decorated, sparkling clean and inviting. We took full advantage of the TV sets, pool, spa, ping-pong table, pool table and other "toys". We also cooked most of our meals during our three day stay and the kitchen accommodated our needs nicely. On the one or two occasions where we contacted the hosts, their response was immediate and completely satisfactory. We truly hope that we will have the opportunity to use this home in the future.

This is a large house in a good location (border between La Quinta and Indio). The host was super responsive but we did have issues with the pool/jacuzzi heater and the wifi (which turned out to be our fault but wasn't hanSoCal Vacation Homesd super well). One thing guests should know is that just beyond the back fence (next to the pool) there is a fairly major arterial which was quite noisy during the day. Kind of ruins the 'let's hang out in the backyard pool' when you have to shout over the cars driving by. Otherwise though, the amenities are great (pool table, ping pong), beds are comfortable and there are a lot of them. So if you're looking for a large house in a good location, this isn't a bad way to go.

It is very nice place!!

Plenty of space, well supplied with kitchen necessities for family that enjoys cooking & having others try newly discovered recipes. I truly enjoyed the several areas family can assemble together as well as the privacy from the several bedrooms.
